Consent for personal data processing

1. Personal Data Subject:

An individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject"), in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, acting freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest, as well as confirming their legal capacity, gives their consent to the operator, the Unitary Enterprise for Service Provision "Manpower Bel" (220020, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Pobediteli Ave, 89/3, room 11) for the processing of their personal data.
The acceptance of the Consent is the provision of personal data and marking the agreement with the terms of this document on the web page (the "checkbox").

2. Purposes of processing the personal data of the Subject:

The processing of requests from the Subject received by the Operator, and communication with the Subject.

3. The Subject hereby consents to the processing of the following personal data:

Surname, first name, patronymic, place of work, phone number, email address.

4. The Subject hereby consents to the following actions with their personal data:

Processing of personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Processing of personal data is carried out with and without the use of automation tools, using methods ensuring the confidentiality of such data, except for the following cases: (1) in the case of anonymization of personal data; (2) with respect to publicly available personal data.

5. Term, procedure for withdrawal or cessation of processing. Other rights of the Subject.

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing personal data are achieved or until the withdrawal of this consent/cessation of personal data processing.

The Subject may withdraw this consent or demand the cessation of the processing of their personal data by sending a written notification to the Operator at least 15 (fifteen) days before the intended withdrawal/cessation date.

The Subject agrees that during the above-mentioned periods, the Operator is not required to cease processing personal data and destroy the Subject's personal data.

The Operator must cease processing and destroy personal data except for personal data that can be processed without the Subject’s consent on the grounds provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The Subject has the right to receive information regarding the processing and transfer of their personal data to third parties, to change personal data by submitting corresponding requests to the Operator.

The Subject has the right to appeal the actions/inactions of the Operator regarding the processing of their personal data to the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights (National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus) in the manner established by the legislation on citizen appeals.

The Subject has the right to protect their rights and legal interests, including to seek compensation for damages and moral harm in court.

6. The Subject has been informed of their rights related to the processing of personal data, the mechanism for exercising such rights, and the legal consequences of refusing to provide personal data and refusing to consent to their processing (the impossibility for the Operator to fulfill the purpose specified in paragraph 1 of this Consent).
