More than 20 years Andrey has been in charge of Information Technology Department of Manpower and was at the origin of Manpower business in Russia. He provides an implementation of advanced information systems for all projects in the company.
Andrey graduated from the Faculty of Special Engineering of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman (department of "Automated control systems and robotic systems").
In 2009 he graduated from the State University of Management with MBA degree in Information Technologies. He has a lot of research studies and publications in the media and is an active participant of scientific conferences, as well as of conferences and seminars of key business media in Russia. Many times speeches of Mr. Yudkin received a high assessment of organizers and participants of conferences of key publishing houses in Russia.
Andrey is an active participant in specialized events on information security and policy of the Association of European Businesses, American Chamber of Commerce. In 2008, he was recognized as the best employee of the year in the Russia and the CIS region.
