Anna began her career in 1990 as a psychologist, psychotherapist and psychology professor at the Pedagogical Institute. She came into the business in 1996. For more than 10 years Ms. Burova worked at "ECOPSY consulting", where she was responsible for the implementation of projects for the leading Russian and foreign companies. She supervised projects in the field of strategic consulting for 3 years in “Strategy Partners”. Later Anna held the position of HR Strategic Development Director at "Svyaznoy" group of companies, where she implemented projects on optimization of HR processes and leadership potential development of managers, combining the role of internal consultant and HR director.
Since 2013 she was the consulting director of “Ward Howell” company. In addition, Anna has launched her own project "Career potential." Anna Burova graduated from the psychology faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University and completed the "Strategic Management" MBA program at the Institute of Business and Business Administration of the Russian Academy of National Economy. For several years Anna is in the list of "Top 200 most successful women of Russia" by "Career" magazine. She has publications and articles in key business media and actively participated in conferences as speaker.
