In cooperation with the Junior Achievement organization in Russia, Manpower has participated in the development of assistance programs for young people in choosing a profession and finding a job. Since 2009, more than 17,000 pupils and students have taken part in these programs.
Manpower provides assistance to Russian charities, orphanages and homes for elderly people. So, in 2014 the company started cooperation with "Victoria" Children's Charity Fund. Manpower supported one of the Fund’s projects - the construction of the "Victoria" village for families with foster children in the Krasnodar region.
The company cooperates with the charitable foundation "Oldness is a joy", that provides assistance to people with disabilities and elderly people, who live in nursing homes.
In addition, Manpower holds charity events to raise funds for children from the orphanage "Rodnichok" in Kalyazin city and for Social Rehabilitation Center for Minors in Kashin district.
The company helps disabled people, providing financial support in the process of treatment and rehabilitation, pays bills for treatment. Also specialists from recruitment and other departments participate in specialized activities for persons with disabilities, where they consult and gather candidates' resumes to further help with employment.
